About the trainer

Tara Daynes, FCIPD, MSSP, is a fully qualified freelance HR and training consultant with over seventeen years’ experience, including ten with the non-profit sector. She is a qualified Employment Law Paralegal and a registered Investors In People adviser/assessor. Specialising in employment law and business training, Tara helps organisations improve their business performance through how they lead, manage and develop their staff.
