Subject: Saying thank you to volunteers

Just spotted this new 'say thank you to volunteers' section on the Volunteer's Week website. Here people / organisations can publicly online post a message to say thanks to their volunteers.

What do you think - is this a good idea? How do you thank your volunteers?

We thank volunteers with certificates, awards evenings and a highstreet voucher rewards scheme that doesn't affect those on benefits.

Hi WEditor,

Yes, its good idea for thanks giving to volunteers. Today (and everyday) we are thankful for all the volunteers who dedicated themselves to volunteer service.
