Does anyone have a Twitter policy (or general social media policy with Twitter section in) they could share with me? I am looking for how you write about who manages, frequency of posting / checking as well as 'housestyle'. Especially useful would be an insight into how you share what you learn from twitter (mentions / useful information) outside the social media 'team'.
Any guides to etiquette and what it all means would be useful too.
