Hi

I have been reading and researching various articles from various sites. I have a question and haven't found the answer yet.

How do I, and what stage should a register the name of the notforprofit org/charity  I am planning?

Hi Chris,

There's loads of information on setting up charities on the Charity Commissions web site about registration. If an organisations income is less than £5,000 a year it doesn't need to register but will still be regulated by the Charity Commission.
