i have been caring for four horses on council land for four years the land is too small, less than an acre for the four of them which means no grass and lots of mud, bad for the feet , i wanted to know how to go about raising money to rent some land to keep them and to be able to rescue and rehabilitate more and then find them loan adoption homes , i need to know how i can legally rise money , can i ask people? have jumble sales in aid of it ? is there anyone that could help fund it to begin with ?

i am currently selling things to look after the ponies in my care and they are well cared for , this isnt a sur of the moment thing i have seen so many sad cases and want to be able to take some in as i know alot of rescue places just dont have room for more , please any advice would help

Hi Caroleanne, why not have a read about "Other ways to raise money": Clicks and purchases and see if this is relevant to you? And perhaps contact the horse trust they might be able to help? www.horsetrust.org.uk and the horse sanctuary www.redwings.org.uk
