Subject: Responsibilities of Signatories

Hello,

I've recently been asked to become a signatory of a not for profit organisation's bank account. The organisation are also about to form as a CIC. In principle I'm very happy to do this but I can't I can't seem to find anywhere what my legal responsibilities would be. Can anyone advise places to look.
